Atlanta 3 Day Walk

Hello everyone!

I have a friend who is doing the 3 Day Walk in Atlanta in October. This is not his first year walking it and as each year comes by his goal increases. This year his goal is $10,000!

Let's go racin' boys!

The race was a lot of fun. I was bummed that Mikey didn't qualify, but I rooted for his teammates and have also decided that Juan Pablo Montoya is someone I'm going to pull for. :-) He's Columbian (so a we are from neighboring countries), he has raced in the past, he seems to love what he does. Oh yeah, and he's a CUTIE pie. :-)

I have to say, camping in the pop-up is sooooo much better than a tent. :-) I still enjoy the memories of the tent camping and would certainly do it again, but I'm now spoiled.

Friday night we had sandwiches for dinner at the track. Saturday morning we had whole wheat english muffin egg sandwiches and fruit for breakfast, sandwiches for lunch at the track, chicken, salad, corn and rice for dinner. Yum.

Sunday was our French toast breakfast morning, sandwiches for lunch at the track and instead of cooking after we took down all of our camping equipment, we decided to head to DQ on the way home.

It was a fun weekend, as usual. :-)
