Like many players I agree that poker is a game of skill. If golf tournaments can charge you to enter and give a cash payout because it's considered a "game of skill", then so should poker. It's not luck of the draw. It's not the luck of the roll of the dice. It's a game involving strategy and mathematics.
Should that group have been arrested for gambling? No. It's illegal in the eyes of those who do the arresting in the state of Georgia, however the law states that it's not illegal *IF* you look at it as a game of skill and not just a gamble. What needs to be changed is the way is the way Georgia lawmen look at it.
