Not including the foyer and the two tiny hallways, we have 7 rooms in our house. Kitchen, guest bedroom, guest bathroom, computer room, living room, master bedroom and master bathroom. Heck, we can make it 8 if you want to include the patio. Ok...so 8 "rooms".
Here is the fun part. We have 10 ceiling fans.
We were talking about it and realized that we just kept putting more fans up and finally, the fans have out numbered the rooms. We have two in the kitchen, two on the patio and one in every other room except the guest bathroom (because it's too small).
We love our fans. We keep the air/heat off as long as we can and just use our fans. Unfortunately it's been so hot that our A/C has been on for a few days now. We have a timed thermostat, so that helps. We keep it warmer during the day when we aren't home and cooler during the evening when we are. It goes back up at night when the temperatures outside are cooler, too.
The fans are almost always running. :-)
