The Credit Union has been great. Once I tell them money is gone, they've replaced it within two hours. I thought we'd finally gotten it all taken care of.
Today, $1200 in charges in my account. All in Japan.

You have got to be kidding me! They didn't block that Debit card? They didn't close that entire account and open you a new one? If they didn't, they are sooo liable! And, if that's the case, I'd have to say they aren't great, they suck! Fraud isn't taken lightly at most institutions. Refunding the $$$ doesn't STOP anything! Geez!
